I was just looking at a write-up in “The Las Vegas Review Journal” about Koi’s Valetine’s Day Specials and they sounded so delicious. The review said, “Order another round of Koi Valentines, the signature drink consisting of Stoli Vanilla, Godiva White and Strawberry Pucker, and cheers to life, love and the age old saying that ‘what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.’” The options on Valentine’s day were themed for the holiday. I love that they even offered a heart shaped roll. That was a cute and clever touch. Nick Haque’s Koi pays such attention to detail and that is what makes it so memorable and amazing. Here is the menu in case you are wondering: (Warning, this will make you very hungry!)
